    About 18 Harbour StreetSuccess Tower

The Success Tower offers a rare opportunity to live on Toronto's Waterfront neighbourhood, close to the dynamic Entertainment District, which offers some of the most quintessentially Toronto experiences you can have. It's address is 16-18 Harbour St, making it a part of the iconic Pinnacle Centre.

The Success Tower was built by Pinnacle International, who's renowned for outfitting their buildings with world class amenities. This couldn't be more true than at 16-18 Harbour St. They have conventional amenities like a concierge and fitness room, but they're also equipped with truly unique fixtures like a basketball court, games room, and jacuzzi. You're going to love the rooftop deck where you'll be able to peer out toward the constantly evolving cityscape, or look southward and witness unending views of Lake Ontario.

16-18 Harbour St is perfect for those who are looking to live in the middle of it all. Finance professionals will love the proximity to the Financial District, as well as the Entertainment District, making it an ideal place to live, work, and play.

    The Suites

At 54 storeys, the Success Tower is the tallest in the Pinnacle Centre. It contains 492 Toronto condos with a diverse set of floor plans that range from 522 square feet to a palatial 2,232 square feet. These start at one-bedroom units and go to three-bedroom units.

Completed in 2009, these condos set the template for many of the condo high-rises being built today. They feature engineered hardwood floors, and the floor to ceiling windows make sure the suites always have plenty of natural light.

    The Neighbourhood

We can't talk about the Success Tower without mentioning its proximity to Lake Ontario. Those lucky enough to secure Toronto condos for sale here with south facing exposures will be treated to the infinite views of the lake. The waterfront is a convenient place to live too because of the nearby Longo's grocery store. The Miller Tavern is also right there if you ever need to grab a drink or bite on the go.

The Entertainment District is located to the immediate west of the Success Tower. This neighbourhood stays true to its name by being the setting for the city's most well known sports teams. Scotiabank Arena hosts the Raptors and Maple Leafs, and you can check out a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre. Of course, it's also the setting of the CN Tower.

The Financial District is just north of the Pinnacle Centre, and it's a crucial employment hub. All of the country's major banks have head offices here, not to mention the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Finally, the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood is located just to the northeast, which is one of the GTA's best preserved neighbourhoods. At one time it was filled with warehouses and factories, but today they've been converted to stylish live/work lofts while still maintaining their Victorian facades. It's also, unsurprisingly, the home of the St. Lawrence Market, which has the best cured meats, cheeses, and preserves in the city.

    Transportation

Union Station is the southernmost station in the Toronto subway system, and it’s also the closest to 16-18 Harbour St. Union is part of Line 1 Yonge-University, and it loops around the Financial District, and reaches northward to North York. Riders can also transfer at St George and Bloor-Yonge Stations to get onto Line 2 Bloor-Danforth. This route can take you to vibrant Toronto neighbourhoods like Roncesvalles, as well as the districts of Etobicoke and Scarborough.

Union is also the main station for GO Trains. These trains travel to the more disparate communities in Southern Ontario like Mississauga, and Pickering, so you can easily travel throughout the region for work, or even just day trips.

It’s also close to the Gardiner Expressway. This arterial highway cuts a path across the lakefront, giving drivers easy access to the different neighbourhoods in downtown. It also connects to other major highways like the Don Valley Parkway and the QEW.

Built by Pinnacle International in 2011, the Success Tower is a landmark in Toronto's Skyline. The condo has two addresses, 18 Harbour and 16 Harbour. The lobby at 18 Harbour is shared with 33 Bay St. Meanwhile, 16 Harbour has a separate lobby. Along with being in the same condo corporation, they also share the same tower, but the units at 18 Harbour go up to the 33rd floor; meanwhile, the units at 16 Harbour are from the 34th floor and above to the 54th. A variety of amenities is shared between the four towers, which keeps maintenance fees low at $0.73/sqft compared to other condos in the area at $0.86/sqft. The majority of units in the building are efficient and well laid out. Some of the drawbacks of this building: - North-facing units look directly onto the Gardiner - There is no visitor parking in the building
